keep disconnecting every 15 min
This might sound like a dumb question but I'm going to ask anyway if only to make the point that as specific as you where with what VMware product, Host OS and Guest OS that you're using nonetheless the rest, "keep disconnecting every 15 min", is ambiguous.
I'll assume you're referring to network connectivity however, explicitly and specifically what is disconnecting and what steps do you have to take to reconnect?
