vmware-vmx.exe process priory

I am trying to change vmware-vmx.exe process priory to realtime or high through task manager. But after switching back and forth between the Virtual machine, the process priority falls back to Normal.

Is there any way to change this process priority to Realtime or high permanently?

Doubtful, as when you change a process' priority through task manager, it only changes for THAT run. Each time you launch a guest, it launches that process again.
