vmware-config.pl crashed wireless on Ubuntu 7.10 host

Folks:

VMware Workstation 6.0 was working fine with Ubuntu 7.10 as the host with a NAT connection. I was trying to configure a bridged connection and ran vmware-config.pl. After running the script I could no longer connect to the router with roam enabled. I can connect setting a static IP with wireless and hardwired.

I am new to Linux so go easy on me with any suggestion on how to connect to my router with roam enabled.

Thanks in advanced for the help.

Andrew.

Fixed the problem. When I ran vmware-config.pl, I created two new connections, vmnet3 and vmnet4. I re-ran vmware-config.pl and changed vmnet3 and vmnet4 to "none". Restarted the system and now the hosts connects to the internet with roaming enabled. VMware Workstation connects to the internet using NAT. Still cannot connect under a Bridged connection. Will worry about that in a few weeks.
