vmrun and installTools option

Hi

Using the command prompt in Windows 7 64-bit and the command vmrun -T vs installTools VM_Name.vmx, the VM, created with Workstation 9.x, must be powered on or off to make sure that Workstation mounts the appropriate VMTools on this VM?

The VM will need to be powered on.
