vitual machine won't start

i am running several virtual machine on vmare workstation 7.1.3, it all have been great unitl today i "power off" a virtual machine , then every virtual mahine wont start again, it stuck at "VMWARE" logo on console view.

i have tried to uninstall vmware and reinstall it , the problem wont leave, even tried to create a new virtual machine and the problem is still there.

i have included a picture for you can see the screen when it stucked.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

CPU: core2 7300

MEM:2GB

DISK:250GB

OS:WIN7 X64

i found a .lck folder in each virtual machine directory, what's wrong?

maybe the swap files are being shared.relocate the destination of the vm files and try again

thank you for the response. i have found the cause of the problem, there is this anoter sofware , which is still in testing , upgraded yesterday, and then the problem appears. after disable the softerware from the windows start up, all the virtual machine have been working again.
