After the upgrading to windows 7 from Vista
...there is your first problem. 
I never upgrade between versions of Windows. I always backup my user data and reinstall from scratch as the chances for strange interactions between drivers/software is too great for me. If you have spent more than a few hours troubleshooting this problem you should consider rebuilding from scratch.
my VMachine dosn't connect the network. this is the message:
"Could not connect Ethernet0 to virtual network "VMnet0". More information can be found in the vmware.log file.
Failed to connect virtual device Ethernet0."
If you attach the vmware.log file to a reply we can take a look and see if there is anything obvious.
Any Ideas to solve?
If you truly did an in-place upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7, please try uninstalling VMware Workstation, rebooting your host, and reinstalling VMware Workstation.
