Getting below error while power ON vmware workstation.

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U 1.30 GHz
VMware® Workstation 16 Pro
Windows: Windows 11 Home Single Language
please find below workaround done at laptop but still error found.
Disable hyper-v in windows features and run bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
when disable memory integrity in core isolation, windows 11 crash and getting blue color and restart.
