ubuntu VM screen too big

There's an issue with the screen size that becomes very big with my Ubuntu 16 VM.

Setting the display settings for the VM does not change anything.

This does not happen with a Windows VM.

What happens :

I power on the VM, then once the Ubuntu desktop shows, the Workstation screen because immensely big, and I have to reduce it manually so it fits my screen.

I have Workstation 16 on windows 10.

Thanks for help
