strange interface behavior with turn key lamp stack

I need some help understanding this issue. I loaded up Lamp Stack along with two other linux vms. The other two boxes are F5 LTMs. They work fine and all boxes are configured with the same network settings. The Lamp Stack vm originally used these settings before and after:

Orig:

eth0 -> bridged -> 192.168.5.150

eth1 -> bridged -> 172.16.21.x

I then added an additional interface:

eth2 -> NAT -> 172.16.31.x

I originally accessed the box via the 192.168.5.150 address. Once I added the eth2/NAT interface, I have to access the vm via 172.16.31. Also, I can't access the 192.168.5.150 address anymore, (ping, http, etc.). The LAMP stack vm NAT interface is working, but I can only access the internet some of the time. I'm not sure what's causing this as well. Any ideas?

Thank you,
