start in full screen mode

I start a specific VM with the following in a batch file:

"C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmware.exe" -X "C:\Documents and Settings\manuel\My Documents\My Virtual Machines\FC6\Other Linux 2.6.x kernel.vmx"

But how can I get it to go to full screen automatically.
