Hi all;
I've setup a winXP guest in VM Workstation 6.0 on a Fedora 7 host. I installed cygwin and via cygwin I installed ssh server as a windows service per this link:
( http://pigtail.net/LRP/printsrv/cygwin-sshd.html)
although I did NOT run the mkpasswd and mkgroup commands as it seems that this broke the install so I could not connect at all. The VM is using NAT because I could not get it to connect to the internet at all via a bridged connection.
I also setup an authorized_keys file on the guest like in this link: (http://www.astro.caltech.edu/~mbonati/WIRC/manual/DATARED/setting_up_no-password_ssh.html).
Now I can ssh to the guest (

Any Ideas?
More info.
If I remove the authorized_keys file and force the ssh command to prompt for a password, I get the same results, a delay of 30 seconds to 1minute plus before I get the password prompt
Hello,
Try to disable the others authentication methods.
