sharing internet to VMs how many methods?

i have an broadcom broadband adsl router which is working on PPPOE so i dial with my username and password my host NIC is configured to get ip via DHCP from ADSL router so as vms also get the ip from it and dns also though in my resolve.conf i have manually out the ip of router 192.168.1.1as well as the host o.s

192.168.1.2 and also the dns of my isp too

but still internet is not working the default gaeway is also 192.168.1.1 i tried to change to 192.168.1.2 but nothing works even there is no chance of using ICS here

becoz iam using an dialer to dial and there is no option of ICS here. Myhost o.s is XP and guest VMs are linux machines

i want to share internet without using an software though via analog proxi i can share internet but i want to do it without any software possible???

pls help me

pls share Yours way of sharing internet to urs VMs

Did you tried NAT for your VMs ?

VM>Edit Settings>Hardware Tab>Network Adapter list item>Network Connection frame: NAT radio button.
