shared folder between windows host and red hat guest?

Hi,

I'm trying to share a folder of my windows host in red hat 6.x guest but I can't see nothing in /mnt.

My vmware is workstation 11.

could you help me please?

i would suggest you to install the vmware tools on your Red hat  VM. And after that try to view under /mnt/hgfs folder (in some cases) . see if its working.
