rtc.starttime works on windows7 but not on windows10

Hello All,

I would like to set the time to a specific time when the virtual machine starts. I included the rows below in the config file, it works when the virtual machine is Windows 7 but not when the virtual machine is Windows 10. The host system is Windows 10. What happends is that the time in the virtual machine starts counting from the time when the virtual machine was shut down. The time is not synced with host.

Any ideas why it is not working for Windows 10?

rtc.starttime = "1546304461"

tools.syncTime = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.continue = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.restore = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.resume.disk = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.shrink = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.tools.startup = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.tools.enable = "FALSE"

time.synchronize.resume.host = "FALSE"
