I have tried all the troubleshooting process for this error but no luck. Disabled all the Hyper-V. Enabled the Virtualization settings in BIOS.

As an alternative, attach your VM's latest vmware.log to your next reply. This file contains most of the required information.

Sounds like you have enabled the V-in-V (aka Nested Virtualization) options for that VM. There has been a thread ealier in these forums about that as well.
