"VMX Unrestricted guest" with MonitorMode Error???

Hello All,

As stated in the subject I am running into an issue when setting up a VM on VMware Workstation Pro 16.2. This is running on a windows 10 host and a XEON intel processor X3430. I was wondering if vmware 16 just does not support my processor and maybe a simple downgrade to 15 will work. Also if anyone may have any other fixes I am welcome to it! I will attach screenshot of said error.

X3430 CPU is a Lynnfield Nehalem microarchitecture CPU.

It will not run even on 14.x as ever since 14.x "Unrestricted Guest" feature has been required.

To run User Level Monitor (ULM), that means you have Windows Hyper-V enabled. Minimum requirement to run ULM is Sandy Bridge CPU.
