"Failed to power on" Error

Hi, I am currently running 17.0.2 build-21581411 on Win11 Pro. I am getting the error "Failed to power on" for all my VMs. When I try to create a new VM, I also get the same error.

After reinstalling the VMware (uninstalling + reboot + fresh install), I can install new one and it will start successfully, but I still get the error when I try to open previous VMs.

However after a reboot I will lose access to newly installed VM as well and I will need to repeat the whole process.

VMs I am using are Linux and Windows 11

Did anyone face similar issue?

Open the folder of the VM and have a look through the vmware.log file for clues.

Have you changed anything about your setup since things worked?
