"A fault has occurred causing a CPU to enter the shutdown state..."

Hello all,

I am running a Windows 10 Enterprise OS inside a VM using Workstation 14 Pro and receiving the attached error:

"A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of the virtual machine, it would have caused the physical machine to restart. The shutdown state can be reached by incorrectly configuring the virtual machine, a bug in the guest operating system, or a problem in VMware Workstation.

Click OK to restart the virtual machine or Cancel to power off the virtual machine."

When I am trying to achieve is to run Ansible and Vagrant through a Virtual Box inside of the Windows 10 OS VM, however it fails when attempting to boot the Ubuntu VM...

I am successfully able to boot this Ubuntu VM on a local Windows 10 OS (outside of VMware).

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get this rectified?

Kind Regards, Nathan (WeChat ID: Errorz0r)
