probleme de VT-x

when i start to run Ossim i have this problem "This virtual machine is configured for 64-bit guest operating systems. However, 64-bit operation is not possible.
This host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled.
Intel VT-x might be disabled if it has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting."
please can any one help me to fixe this problem such i have "HP630" and i have a 64 OS (windows 7)

Intel VT-x might be disabled if it has been disabled in the  BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since  changing this setting."

The message actually tells you what needs to be done. In the physical system's BIOS you need to enable VT-x (Intel Virtualization) and - after saving the BIOS settings - power-cycle the system (power-off/power-on) in order for the changes to take effect.
