Host OS? Workstation version/build?

If this is with a specific guest, what is the guest OS/version? Also post the vmx file and the vmware.log file.

Dark Prince,

Please run memtest86 on your host to check for memory errors.

Jeanph --

Your error is not the same as the Dark Prince's, and your vmware.log file shows that you are running an older build of Workstation. Have you considered upgrading to WS 6.5.1?

Now you do seem to have the same problem as the Dark Prince. The next step is to try to gather debugging information. On the VM->Settings screen, go to the Options tab and select 'Advanced.' Then change 'Gather Debugging Information' to 'Full.'
