paid for VMware Workstation Pro with Production Support but there is no support?

I have a contract id number with the purchase however there is no way to create
a support request. If I try to open a support request there is a field that says "You
must choose an associated product as a primary product to proceed. Use the Add Product(s) to add valid products to this support request."

There is no such option anywhere on the support request page. What is the secret to getting support?
