Host OS?

Errors?

Screenshots?

There is an area of VMTN for Workstation Pro, it’s a different product to Horizon. I’ve reported your thread asking moderators to move it.

I moved your question to the VMware Workstation Pro Discussions area.

In addition to what has already been asked for, please provide the Workstation version that you are trying to install, and check whether this version supports your host's hardware, as well as the host OS.

VMware Workstation installation can usually be uninstalled by starting the original installation package with a "/clean" command line option. Maybe worth a try!?

Sorry, If I press the uninstall then I get the error of failed to execute. see attached image.

and then if I try to uninstall it by going to root folder c:/programdata..../uninstall.exe then it gives me the error: "This app can't run in your PC"

I am not sure why the older version is not uninstalled. I have training starting this week Friday and I am not able to find out any solutions. any help in this matter will be much appricated.

Please see https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1308 which deals with uninstalling older versions. The KB article lists availabe uninstall option, and also how to remove the application manually if necessary.
