have tried to build system with auto bridged network. multiple times both an appliance and ISO. installs

iso gets to the end of update and just continues to spin restart yes but not able to log in with administrator.

appliance installs completes still not able to log in

point me in the right direction please. not sure if this has something to do with vT-x extension none of the instructions that I have read mention selection it. enabled in host E5 processor.

Confused based on your post. Let's start at the beginning. What are you trying to install as a VM?

Hi,

Two ideas...

1. When you try to login is the keyboard set to the correct language?

2. Don't use the "Typical" configuration option, instead use "custom" in the second step when installing the VM. (Create a New Virtual Machine on the Local Host )

This means a few more steps when installing the VM (much like installing on a physical host) but it also appears to not have the aforementioned side effect on some versions of Windows and internationalisation issues.
