Hello!
I'm currently evaluating VMware Workstation 6 and found the following problem:
When i activate Autofit Guest and switch to full screen I have the following situation:
I can't move the mouse to the top of the screen. It stops about 300 pixels from the top, the "limit" isn't always exactly the same.
it seems somehow, that the VM Workstation has problems with the mouse sensitivity... this means the "host os (windows vista 64bit)" cursor is already at the top of the screen, the cursor in the ubuntu isn't and therefor, it stops in the middle of the screen. i can see this very clear when i move it from the left to the right border: the Guest cursor is in the middle of the screen, the windows cursor (which gets visible in the VMWare Control panel) is already at the upper end of the screen.
Specs in short: newest VM Workstation, host vista64bit, guest ubuntu 7.10, vmware tools installed.
I installed / reinstalled VMware tools, but it didn't help at all.
Thanks for your answers!
Greetings,
Klaus
