installing vmware VCenter error 28035.Setup failed to copy LDEFDE.EXE from System folder to '%windir%\ADAM' folder

I am installing a "trial version" of VC - on Windows Server 2008 HPC Edition - I tried running install using run as administrator but I am still getting this error - Does anyone know how to fix this -
