im new to vmware and i have workstation pro 16 and i have set up a vm with 60gb hard disk how do i increase the disk space, i have run out of space to put on software
ive read that i can expand but its greyed out any ideas
According to the virtual disk's (.vmdk) file name, your VM has active snapshots. In order to be able to resize the VM's virtual disk, you need to delete/consolidate the snapshots from the VM's Snapshot Manager.
