how to use vmrun to start vm in unity mode on startup

I am on a Ubuntu 9.10 host platform and I start a windows XP VM using vmrun command line on system startup. However, I would like to have the VM start in Unity mode.

Is this possible ? where should I be looking in the documentation for this type of configuration help.

Appreciate any pointers.
