"Host only" means that a VM will not be able to access the internet.
Please provide ipconfig output, check if the associated services are running and talk about your firewall.
The video you send was a waste and did not help at all - only useful detail was that you seem to use a Windows 11 VM ....

Looks like you still use automatic bridging - disable that.

Try to use expressions like VM X with IP a.b.c.d can not ping object Y with the IP w.x.y.z
