Hi, I'm using vmware 6.5.2 with kernel 2.6.29 in Fedora.
It can compile kernel modules properly, but when I start a virtual machine in which a windows XP is installed, which was working with kernel 2.6.27 and vmware 6.5.1 very well, it goes to IOWait all the time and the performance is very bad. Also when I shutdown the virtual machine, it seems that even after 30 minutes the machine is not stoped and when I want to again start it, it says that the machine is being used by another process and when I shutdown my linux machine, the stoping of Vmware Authentication service fails.
How can I fix it?
