Welcome to the Community,

to do this, first open the "Virtual Network Editor" and make sure the internal NIC (rather than automatic) is selected for the Bridged Network. After that you can edit the Windows 2003 VM's network settings and set it up for Bridged networking. In case you are connected to a managed physical switch, make sure port security is disabled (for Cisco switches configure "mode access" and/or make sure "macro desktop" is disabled).
