It's not an error, it is a hint.
There's a checkbox at the bottom of your screenshot that you can tick if you don't want to see the hint.

hello,
i know but the after this the virtual machint shut down.
Something else is going on then, most likely not related to the hint.
Attach the vmware.log file that you can find in the VM's folder.
Use the browse button in the reply window.

Most likely Microsoft lying to you about having removed Hyper-V.
In order to turn off Hyper-V mode, run the following command at the host in windows command-line with Administrator privileges:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Reboot the system to activate your changes.
If you want to go back to Hyper-V mode again, then you can enable it like this:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

Note that you also might have to disable Memory Integrity.

after doing this, i start an virtual machine (w10) and after the screen shots the machine shut down:
what can i do about this?
thx
Hi,
Don't know.
I asked for you to attach the vmware.log file which might have more details, but I haven't seen that so far.

Hi,
Any reason you are using version 16.1.0 and not 16.2.3 ?
The log has a crash just after enabling the USB bridge.
Are those USB devices plugged in or part of the hardware?
If plugged in then I would try unplugging them and see if you can boot then.
Also try upgrading to the latest Workstation first.

If none of that helps, you're probably going to need help from VMware itself.
