do not working to mouse on VMware Workstation 14 pro

Hey,

my vmware do not working to mouse.

i was too many re-install VMware and tried to again again again...

however i can not using a mouse when i started to install the OS (Win7 / Win10)

i think vmware did not cognize to mouse..

i have only usb3.0 port and using a i7-7820hq (Skylake CPU).

please help Me!!!!!!!

After installation of OS (win7/win10), does mouse work or not?

When you install GOS, have you tried to optimize mouse to change as: automatic/always/never? (menu Edit -> preference -> input).

Would it be helpful if you can provide ui log and vmware.log (location info: help -> about VMware Workstation). Thanks!

The vmware.log file is in the folder with the virtual machine.
