collegarsi con rdp a VM guest

ciao a tutti ho su vmware workstation 9 una vm win 7 di cui devo testare il desktop remoto e a cui vorrei collegarmi con il client rdp presente nella macchina host (il pc fisico dove risiede workstation per intenderci)ma non penso di aver capito bene come funziona il virtual network editor.

qualcuno mi puo gentilmente dare una mano?ho gia fatto varie prove ma nulla di fatto.

Well without knowing what explicitly and specifically you've tried all I can say is read Chapter 5 "Configuring Network Connections" in Using VMware Workstation (pdf) so a to have a better understanding of the VMware Virtual Network Infrastructure and then make sure the Firewalls are not blocking connectivity and use the proper IP Address when accessing the Guest OS.
