building a redhat 7 VM from a kickstart file in WMware

I have a good kickstart file, I just need to know how to get VMware to use it either from the "create new virtual machine" button or if there is a command line process. I have searched and searched and found every solution EXCEPT what I need

Do you have the installation media (ISO image, etc.)?  Build a new VM using "Custom" wizard ("I will create the OS later" prompt), attach the ISO image to the virtual machine's CD-ROM drive, and the kickstart file to floppy image.  Boot the VM, and it should load the floppy if it is bootable, and copy all required files from the installation ISO to the virtual hard disk.

the first thing it tells me to do is remove the floppy disk, it then goes through the manual install process as if the kickstart.cfg file was ignored

Cant you use the "easy install" process to acchieve the same result ?
The "easy install" wizard creates a file that should more or less use the same process as a kickstart file is supposed to do.
