add PCI card on virtual machine

Dear all,

I have a PC with WIN7 , I have installed a card with PCI express connector , unfortunately software that I have to use with this card works only with WIN XP,  In my mind I think to install a virtual machine with XP to manage this card , I can keep high performances of real PC . I have licence version 10 ,  I have not found possibility to add a PCI card in the "setting" of new machine , do you know if it is possible ? If yes , can you give me indication ? maybe is necessary uodate my version or buy/use additional tools

thanks

Workstation can not pass through PCI-cards.
Your plan will not work
