XP doesn't get to the internet

i had installed virtual machine with Windows XP and i tried opening internet when i clicked on link it says i dont have internet i checked everything i was connected and done a lot of things it still dont work help pls 😕

Which browser are you trying to use in XP?

Internet Explorer requests would be rejected by most web servers these days, so it might be that the XP OS has access but the browser request is rejected.

If so, you'll need to install a different browser.

You're fortunate, then.  Since XP has not received any security patches for over a decade now, I certainly would NEVER connect an XP instance to the internet.  Use another machine (physical or VM) to connect to the internet, download whatever files you need, and sneakernet them to the XP instance.
