Workstation16.1 - keyboard no longer working with remote esxi hosts after update

Hi,

I'm running

Workstation16.1.1 build-17801498

I have a home esxi server and after updating to 16.1.1 I am no longer able to send keystrokes to esxi VMs in workstation, but I can move the mouse around.

I can send keystrokes to local workstation VMs.

I can send keystrokes to esxi VMs via the console in the browser. 

Worked fine until update a few days ago so I suspect they are connected.

More info.

I uninstalled 16.1.1 and reinstalled 16.1.0

Keyboard worked fine again.

I remembered that I checked the enhanced keyboard driver box when I did the upgrade to 16.1.1 the other day.

I just reupgraded to 16.1.1 but did not check the enhanced keyboard driver box.

It would seem that the enhanced keyboard driver is the culprit.

Keyboard working fine now on 16.1.1 without the enhanced keyboard driver.
