Workstation freeze and CnxWin32_FindSocket: error

Hello,

My VMWare workstation 15 frequently freezes.

According to task manager vmware-vmx process is working but vmware.exe is not responding.

VMWare stops with any VMs.

I found Event viewer shows a warning.

>CnxWin32_FindSocket: ReadFile failed (code 258 timeout 3000)

I cannot see which file caused reading error,

any ideas?
