Workstation crash - Do I have to pay for support?

I got this screen while booting one of my VMs:

What does it mean? How can I create a support request for this issue? Do I have to pay for this?

This crash is likely the result of a VMware bug that is exercised by the Windows code to dump memory in the event of a BSOD.  This bug has been fixed internally, and the bug fix should be in the next update of Workstation 10.
