Workstation Pro 12 with Windows 10 host and Linux Mint 17.2 guest intermittently crashes with unrecoverable error svga 0xc0000005 access violation

I am using Workstation Pro 12 with Windows 10 host and Linux Mint 17.2 guest and my Linux Mint guest OS intermittently crashes with unrecoverable error svga 0xc0000005 access violation. I am not sure what all information is needed for me to provide you (the community) with more details. I did run a script to collect logs.

I called VMWare support and they told me to disable 3D acceleration in my vm. Won't that make the Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon desktop experience lackluster?

I have attached a vmsupport zip file.

Thanks for any help!

What kind of Graphics card are you using on Windows 10 host. and can you give the driver information too?

Thanks,

Intel HD Graphics 4600. I am running at 2560x1440. I have two monitors (both identical 2560x1440) and typically I span across both when using VMWare.
