Workstation 9.0.1 and Suse 12.2

Hi,

when installing the vmware-tools i've got this message:

The path "" is not a valid path to the 3.4.11-2.16-desktop kernel headers.

The question to change the path i answered with 'NO'

Suse will run fine, I think, but at the other hand i think that there is a reason to install this the right way. But how should I do that?

I sometimes have gotten this error messages when running vmware-install.pl script (are you running it as su?).  Sometimes just  coninue to press enter rather than answering the question will complete the script (reallyl!).
