Workstation 8

I'm running Workstation 8 and cannot copy or clone a vm. I have administrative rights to all files and folders. I have tried to copy the .vmdk file to another directory on the same computer no luck.

Cloning error - Cloning failed : Data error ( cyclic redundancy check)

Copy error screen capture attached - Can't read from the source file or disk.

I have searched the web and not found anything that helps. I have tried several different external hard drives.

I appreciate any help.

If you're getting CRC errors, that most likely means your (physical) hard drive is having problems.

I cannot copy or clone to either C drive or an external hard drive. I do not think it is physical issue. I have tried many different things to duplicate this VM with no luck.
