Howdy VMware folks,
Host: CentOS 5.7 x64 Linux
After much pulling of hair, I've unfortunately had to revert to WS 7.1.4 since I could not get WS 8 Eval to function at all with my iPhone/iPad. My Win7 x32 VM works perfectly under WS 7.1.4 and properly detects the attached USB iDevices and am able to see/sync them in iTunes, but when the same VM is used in WS 8 (cloned and upgraded) they are not shown. In Device Manager they show up with the dreaded yellow exclamation mark.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? I've tried the myriad of USB fixes that I've seen in the KB and around the net but nothing has helped.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
