Workstation 6.5 32 bit OS and 64 bit Red Hat

Hi,

I'm using Windows XP 32 bit with Workstation 6.5 - I've run the guest64 check application and it says that I should be fine to run a 64 bit guest OS (Red Hat Enterprise 5) but when I start the machine I get "You're CPU does not support long mode - use a 32 bit distribution". I've checked my BIOS and everything is set with the VM VTT.

Does anyone know of anything else that I need to set in order to use this Virtual Machine ??

If you have paravirtualization enabled for the VM, you should disable it. See also
