Workstation 16 Pro - Host with 2 Gpu (Nvidia + AMD Radeon Pro) - Passthrough is possible?

VMware Workstation 16 Pro

Host: Windows 10 Enterprise
Guest: Windows 10 Enterprise

I currently have an Nvidia 1060 gpu, if I added a Radeon Pro WX 2100 would it be possible to passthrough it for exclusive use in the VM?

No - passthrough of pci-devices is only possible if you use ESXi.
