Workstation 16.2.3 unable to compile vmnet/vmmon after kernel upgrade on Ubuntu 20.4

New kernel installed during Ubuntu 20.04 update.

Linux Intel5 5.15.0-41-generic #44~20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jun 24 13:27:29 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Started VMware Workstation, which then attempted to compile vmnet/vmmon kernel modules. This has always worked - until today. Compilation errors trying to build the modules.

See attached failure log.

Your thread needs moving to the area for Workstation Pro, it has nothing to do with a vSphere security advisory.

I've reported it to moderators, one of them should move it for you.
