Workstation 15.5 upgrade ceassed to work with "Licence expired" message

I purchased an upgrade from Workstation pro 12 to Workstation pro 15.5. After about one month of use, it now display a message "Your license has expired" and I can't start any VM anymore. How can I solve this ?

Did you enter your new 15.x license key in the VMware Workstation's settings?

Thank you for response.

I haven't received any Workstation 15 licence and in MyVmware, when I choose "Upgrade a licence" it says "There are no products with license keys that can be upgraded" !

Did you get any kind of confirmation for the purchase. If yes, check the contact details, i.e. whether e.g. the email address, ... is correct.

In doubt, you may open a support case within MyVMware regarding this.
