Workstation 14: Shared VM USB Dongle disconnect after minimizing to tray

Hi There,

I#ve installed the WS14 Pro trial.

After creating a shared Ubuntu VM i've conntected an usb dongle to it.

Everything works fine until i close the VM window and it gets minimized to systemtray.

The VM runs smoothly but the usb dongle gets disconnected.

How to permanently connect a removable device to a shared VM?

If this is not possible: how can i autostart a VM on Windows startup and connect an removable device on it?

This is by design. Currently we have no method to connecting a USB device to a VM. But we will certainly add this feature to our pipeline. Thanks for reporting the issue!
