I'm running Windows10 (build 9879) (64-bit) in Workstation 10.0.4. When I move my Mouse to the upper-right corner the charm bar does not appear. It's checked on the Navigation tab of the Task Bar properties. It appears if I do a 'Windows Logo' + "C".
