Windows XP virus test settings?

Hello! As i was saying in the subject,i made a Windows XP Professional VM especially for my YouTube channel for testing viruses. I'm using VMware Workstation version 16,which is the latest one i could find, but i don't see anything like drag and drop settings. This is why i'm typing this:Which settings should i choose that the virus wouldnt spread all over my PC? I am pretty scared to use this VM right now for viruses, but my settings for now are:
Network:NAT
Shared folders:Disabled
VMware tools update:Automatic
CD/DVD:Disconnected
Bluetooth devices share:Disabled
So,what should i change so it would be safe to use this VM for viruses?

Those should be fine.

I would also suggest Host Only networking (so any malware can't phone home), but that of course cuts off the Internet to the Guest.

You could also go and disable drag and drop and the shared clipboard. (VM Settings > Options > Guest Isolation).

Also, make regular use of Snapshots and Clones so you can roll-back 😃
